I have two

Yes I know have two people that are going to work out with me. This is really going to help my efforts. People are starting to notice I am losing weight. They are asking and I am telling them. So I have a few workouts in mind to get them started. You all know how I like the exercise ball, so I decided that is where I will start. For the first work out I will do two arms, legs and ab work outs. We can't have work out over load happing. They are new to the whole gym thing just like I was. I remember the first time I worked out and how I felt. The equipment was intimidating to me because I did not know how to use it. I am hoping they will like the work out and join. They have a free weeks pass to work out, so that means I will be there every day almost. Now talk about motivation to be able to work out with someone and show them how. I will keep you all posted.
