How the work out went

Hey All,
Just wanted to let you know how the work out went. It has only been 30 min and I can feel the soreness. You would think the work out was super hard, but it was so easy. I have used muscle I have not used in years. I have decided to see a the trainer once a week. You know what there was no way I knew how to use any of them equipment at all. I learned how to use a Exercise ball right. Oh course I felt dumb at first, but it got better. The hardest part was looking at my self in the mirror and breathing.

There was a part of me that was mad at my self for getting this way. Then I thought about how improper all them people work out because they just don't know how. I never knew a lot of what they showed me.
Let me tell you what we did.
First I warmed up for 5 min. on the treadmill at a 5 incline walking at 3.5.
Then we did the exercise ball this is were I felt dumb at. Trying to get my big body down on the floor. My arms started to shake.
Next was sit ups on the ball. I felt like I was going to fall off, but then I got the hang of it.
Here came the weights next only 3 lbs. you would of thought they were 20 pounds. I did two different arm exercise.
They the thing I did not like was a squat, Yeah I felt really funny doing this one. That one I really did not like at all.
I don't know what the machine is called, but you work your back muscle.

Then we did the work out all over again. It really was not bad but I am feeling it now. He said the drink a lot of water this will help.

Did you know you should work out with weights first, then do cardio. He said the reason why is just slipped my mind. So everyone I will tell you all how I feel tomorrow. Right now I am trying to just type ever my fingers hurt. I tell you what when I was working out it was not that bad. He said I would be sore I laughed, because that was such a simple work out.

Now to think how I am going to make the extra money to pay for the trainer. If you have any ideas I am open to it. I learned more in one night about my body and fitness that I have ever.

Ready set let the journey begin.

  1. Sounds like you had a great night! I think I might try out a trainer as well. It's amazing how little work it takes sometimes to get real results.
