Soup and Salad


Do you ever wonder why they server soup and salad? Then by the time they bring the food you are so full. Well it is soup and salad time at my house. I am going to try and have a good salad before dinner or soup. I am finding soup is very good for you. Using left overs is very good as well. My husband like when the plates are chilled he says they make the salad better. Have you every seen the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday's. Now that is a salad bar to really dig you teeth into the. Remember when eating a salad don't pour the dressing on the salad, dip your salad into the dressing. Since some salad dressings are fatten. This weekend is going to be hard we are going out of town and that only means one thing eating out. If there is one thing I hate that is buying a salad at the restaurant and pay 8 bucks for one. One more thing did you see where you can get a drumstick and salad at KFC for a good price an low calories. I am going to have to check that out. I wish KFC could give me a sample so then I can talk about it.
Ready set let the journey begin.

  1. I love the Ruby Tuesday salad bar! The one we go to has balmasic vinegarette which tastes great and is basically 0 cal, 0 fat. As long as I don't pile up on the croutons and great pasta dishes they have on the bar, it's a good healthy meal.
