Taking Responsibility

Yeah such a big word, but you don't understand what happen. That is what I use to say. Here are some example of what came out of my mouth.

I can't I am way to busy to go to the gym. Or the gym is way to much for me to go. I don't have anyone to go with me. Yes I can even add more to this list. Let me tell you why them are not taking responsibility and making excuses.

Today the average case of pop yes I said pop cost $4.79 a case. Well if you buy just 4 cases that is $23.95. I know you can get it on sale. But this month I am challenging you, see how often you buy a case of pop. Then after that get the calculater out and figure out how much you just spent on buying drinks. When you want to buy it put is back, buy cool aid. Have the cashier give you cash for what you would have spent on pop. I bet by the end of the month you will have enough to join the gym. Just think about it and you will be a lot better off not drinking the pop. Did you know that drinking regular pop is better for than diet. Still I am not promoting drinking pop by any means.

Some place for a single membership you can get for around $25.00 to $30.00 dollars. I pay for my whole family around $50.00 and that is 5 of us. Lets see if this adds up no pop for a month switch to water and cool aid (if you have to have sweet drink). Really thing about this when you are out shopping and putting the pop in the cart. Let me know how it goes.

Wait I will go even futher, not stopping for fast food one day or them startbucks coffee. Hey I am only trying to give

You can walk, walking is for free. Most malls in America you can walk around early in the morning for free.

Ready set let the jouney begin

  1. I understand that you aren't promoting pop, but what do you mean when you say that pop is better than diet? Because the sugar content of a can of things like coke is pretty awful... I'd like to know in what way diet is worse - is it the artificial sweeteners? If you've got any links to articles I'd love to read them, I've often wondered about long term effects of those things.
