When you fall back down get up

You know we all fall down several time a day whether it at work or home. We have to learn to pick our selves back up. Today was a perfect example of falling down. I over ate this weekend, I knew it and this morning when I stepped on the scale I was not surprised. I did really good prepared my food and then my mind took over. I felt so hungry and everywhere I turned there was unhealthy food. So of course I got hungry at time and said I would only have a few bites. Well a few bites went to a few more. So I am up a little today, but now to much. It is just frustrating when I do this to my self. So I just need to get back up and keep going. There is always tomorrow and the next day.
When inversions were made they had to fail to improved on this.

  1. I feel the same way, I was out of town this weekend and overdid it - you can find details of my overreating on my blog. But today I eased back into eating well today, and tommorrow I'll be back at it full force. Just bloggin about it makes me feel like I'm getting back on track and I think you will get back on track too.

  3. Technical question since I'm sort of new to this. I just happened to go to your blog and see your response to my posting. But is there anyway I can set it up so I'm notified when you respond to stuff I posted on your blog? Otherwise, I'll probably be unaware of it sometimes when people make comments.
